About Jonathan Komar MD
A physical medicine and rehabilitation professional, Jonathan Komar, MD, has involved himself as an active voice in the medical community throughout his career. He served for two years as president of the Arizona Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and for four years as educational chair of that organization. In addition, Jonathan Komar, MD, has held ties with the Spine Intervention Society, the North American Spine Society, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Furthermore, his research has been published in the Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine.

Prior to this, he completed his Musculoskeletal and Spine Medicine fellowship with the organization along with internships in conjunction with the University of Washington. He holds a doctor of medicine from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Away from his professional engagements, he enjoys attending live music shows.
